Why Is Detox Needed?

We have perfect organs and systems developed for this. Our liver and intestines, kidneys and our entire excretory system, skin and sweat glands work in perfect harmony to remove solid chemical toxins. Our lungs and respiratory system remove toxins that can turn into gas (carbon dioxide, etc.) from our bodies. Thus, the perfect system works with the harmonious operation of these systems.

So why are detoxification treatments needed? We can’t just say “there is” and ignore it, because it’s a very important issue. We are born, we grow up and we age. In fact, we start dying the day we are born. Every day, some of our cells die and are replaced by new ones. While this regeneration process is very fast and perfect at an early age, it also brings some problems as we age.

If we look at our entire life, we are exposed to toxic substances from the day we are born. What we eat, drink and the air we breathe are the most important sources of these. For example, unleaded gasoline became mandatory in our country in the early 2000s. Before this, there was no unleaded gasoline technology and lead was used when obtaining gasoline from petrol. Until this period, we all breathed the exhaust gas of gasoline obtained with lead. In this sense, city life with plenty of vehicles is of course important as a criterion in terms of the amount of accumulation in the body.

What about what we eat? It is an undeniable fact that fast food, which has developed as a concept with today's fast consumption habits and eating out, contains substances that are tiring for our body and detoxification mechanism, as well as preservative chemicals added for the preparation of our food and to extend its shelf-cupboard life. Of course, new agricultural techniques developed in the animal husbandry and agriculture stages are another reason why we now consume foods containing toxic chemicals. There are many more things to list.
