A prisoner exchange deal took place in the Turkish capital, Ankara, between 7 different countries, under the direct supervision and sponsorship of the Turkish Intelligence Service.
A Turkish security source said that the exchange deal is the largest since the Cold War, and included the United States, Russia, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Norway and Belarus.
The source added that the number of those released was 26, including two children, three Americans, and eight Russians.
