Man blames Apple for his divorce

His family life is destroyed, now he is demanding millions in compensation: A businessman in England has sued the tech giant Apple. The reason: his messages to prostitutes had not been properly deleted from his devices. This led his wife to come across the treacherous chats!

The middle-aged man had contacted the women with his iPhone and met with them for sexHe wrote to them via iMessage. The cheater then carefully deleted the messages from his mobileAfter all, his wife shouldn't find out about it.

Unfortunately, the messages remained on the family's iMac computer. When the wife went into the app, she discovered messages to one of the prostitutes. She then began searching – and found further conversations with many women from the red light district. A month later, she filed for divorce.

The couple is apparently very wealthy. The divorce was worth six million euros!

Now the businessman is suing Apple on the millions of dollars lost as a result of the divorce. He argues that the company did not make it clear that messages must be deleted from all Apple devices in order to really disappear.

To the British “Times” the cheater said: “If you are told that a message has been deleted, then you are entitled to believe that this is really the case!”

It was all very painful, the abandoned man added. “It was a brutal way (for my wife) to find out. I think if I had been able to talk to her rationally about it, we would still be married.”

The couple had been happily married for more than 20 years, and a great marriage had been thrown away, said the man. “Many men and some women do things like that!” Will the British court agree with him?
