Lee Miller, Donald Trump, Niki de Saint Phalle… Next Wednesday, no less than three biopics will arrive in cinemas. And it's not over… Let's take stock!

Many biopics and films inspired by true stories will hit the screens this fall-winter. Here is an overview, in order of release.

Lee Miller by Ellen Kuras – released October 9, 2024

Kate Winslet is Lee Miller, one of the first war photographers. A biopic looks back at his story. The British actress will be surrounded by a very fine cast: we find Marion Cotillard and Alexander Skarsgård but also Andrea Riseborough, Josh O'Connor and Noémie Merlant in this feature film directed by Ellen Kuras.

Lee Miller was first a photo model having appeared on the cover of Vogue. She then became a photographer on the front during the Second World War. She was also one of the first people to photograph the horror of the Buchenwald and Dachau concentration camps.

Niki by Céline Sallette – released October 9, 2024

My life with Dali (Daliland) – released on DVD and VOD on October 23, 2024

Kafka, the last summer by Georg Maas and Judith Kaufmann – released November 20, 2024

Prodigieuses by Frédéric Potier and Valentin Potier – released November 20, 2024
