CMB Approved: Two More Companies Going Public
According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the initial public offering of Kıraç Galvaniz Telekominikasyon Metal Makine İnşaat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 24 lira per share and Gündoğdu Gıda Süt Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ at 35 lira per share.
The CMB, which approved the paid-up capital increase of Akdeniz Yatırım Holding AŞ in the amount of 124 million 95 thousand liras, accepted the application of SASA Polyester Sanayi AŞ for a free-of-charge capital increase of 37 billion 870 million 98 thousand 826.70 liras, Coca-Cola İçeren AŞ for a 2 billion 543 million 707 thousand liras, Hedef Holding AŞ for a 1 billion 500 million liras and Global Menkul Değerler AŞ for a 78 million liras.

Approval was given to the debt instrument issuance application of Aktif Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 18 billion 500 million lira, QNB Finansbank AŞ for 35 billion lira, Deniz Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler AŞ for 7 billion lira, Korteks Mensucat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 5 billion lira, Hedef Holding AŞ for 1 billion lira, DYO Boya Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion 500 million lira, Turknet İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ for 100 million lira and Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 1 billion lira.
In addition, Bereket Varlık Kiralama AŞ's management contract and purchase-sale based lease certificate issuance worth 20 billion lira and ZKB Varlık Kiralama AŞ's management contract based lease certificate issuance worth 1 billion lira were approved.
The Board responded positively to the request to grant permission for the establishment of Ral Venture Capital Investment Partnership Inc., Allbatross Portfolio Management Inc. Fourth Venture Capital Investment Fund, Allbatross Portfolio Management Inc. Fifth Venture Capital Investment Fund, Fiba Portfolio Management Inc. Second Venture Capital Investment Fund, Fiba Portfolio Management Inc. Third Venture Capital Investment Fund, Aktif Portfolio Management Inc. Debt Instruments Umbrella Fund and Hedef Portfolio Management Inc. Fund Basket Umbrella Fund.
ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS
As a result of the investigation carried out by the CMB regarding the transactions carried out in the equity market of Temapol Polimer Plastik ve İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, it imposed administrative fines totaling 17 million 164 thousand liras on 5 individuals.
As a result of the investigation carried out regarding the transactions carried out in the Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ share market, the CMB imposed administrative fines totaling 36 million 905 thousand liras on 6 individuals.
As a result of the investigations conducted within the scope of the CMB, Law No. 6362 and the relevant legislation, a criminal complaint was filed against an internet provider and 4 individuals.
It was decided to take the necessary legal action in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 38 websites that were determined to allow leveraged transactions abroad via the internet for persons resident in Turkey.
