Two people were killed and another injured on Friday in an Israeli raid and clashes between Hezbollah The occupation army in southern Lebanon, while an Israeli flare bomb caused a fire in the Marjeyoun plain.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health said in a statement that an Israeli airstrike on the town of Aitaroun resulted in the death of one person and the injury of another.
For its part, Hezbollah announced the death of one of its members in clashes with Israel, bringing the death toll to 412 since October 8.
In Marjeyoun, the Lebanese News Agency reported that a huge fire broke out in the town's plain as a result of an Israeli flare shell falling opposite the settlement of Matla, while Israeli warplanes raided the towns of Kfar Kila, Yaroun, Deir Siryan, and Taybeh.

The agency said that the occupation army bombed at dawn on Friday the outskirts of the towns of “Ramiyeh, Beit Lif and Al-Qawzah with a number of direct shells”, while at midnight it targeted “Jabal Al-Labouna and the outskirts of the town of Al-Naqoura”, amid the continued flight of reconnaissance drones in several areas.
Yesterday, Thursday, Hezbollah announced that it had attacked 7 Israeli targets, including the settlement of Shamir in the Galilee Finger, which it bombed for the first time.
The party also bombed artillery positions in Al-Zaourah, and targeted with drones and weapons the positions of Al-Marj, Khirbet Ma'ar, Al-Malikiyah, Ma'yan Barukh, and Ruwaysat Al-Alam.
Since October 8, 2023, Lebanese and Palestinian factions in Lebanon, most notably Hezbollah, have been exchanging daily shelling with the Israeli army, leaving hundreds dead and wounded, most of them on the Lebanese side.
