Here it all begins: first role on the big screen at only 12 years old, who is Azize Diabaté, the interpreter of Enzo Lopez in the series? – News Series on TV

Present since the beginning of the series “Here it all begins”, Enzo Lopez is a young chef who shines with his perseverance. He is embodied on screen by Azize Diabaté, an actor who, at the age of twelve, experienced a meteoric rise.

Among the key characters of the daily Here it all begins, there is that of Enzo Lopez, a determined young man, who left his life in the suburbs to realize his dream: to become a starred chef. And the least we can say is that his rage to win has been rewarded, since he is now a graduate of the Auguste Armand Institute and holds a Master's degree.

Enzo Lopez, under the leadership of his enemy

In recent episodes of the series, Enzo had the chance to supervise Vic's (Lou Ladegaillerie) ephemeral guinguette project. And although he initially had trouble finding his place, he was still a valuable help to his girlfriend. Indeed, while the young woman struggled to attract customers, Enzo managed to create a festive and warm atmosphere within this place.

The mission was all the more important because for Marc Leroy (Stéphane Blancafort) and Rose Latour (Vanessa Demouy), it was a test. Indeed, the two professors asked the young man to supervise this ambitious project in order to verify that he had the solid shoulders to manage such a workload. And for good reason, as soon as the school year starts, they want to offer him the position of co-manager of the Master.

But it could well be that this great opportunity will never see the light of day. And for good reason, Enzo is now the victim of blackmail. The reason? Milan (Gabriel Réhsé), who is none other than his worst childhood enemy, has set up home at the Auguste Armand Institute.

This former drug dealer is determined to get revenge for Enzo sending him to prison years ago, and Vic trying to kill him at the young talent show. So, to keep things from getting out of hand, Enzo must obey him to the letter.

While we wait to find out what happens next, here is everything you need to know about actor Azize Diabaté, who plays Enzo Lopez in the TF1 daily show.

Azize Diabaté, a promising young talent

Born on February 16, 2000, Azize Diabaté is a young man of Franco-Malian origin who grew up in a housing project in Pierrefitte in Seine-Saint-Denis. With one of his childhood friends, he shares a dream: to become an actor.

So, at the age of twelve, he had his very first audition for Julien Abraham's film La Cité Rose. His youthful charisma immediately caught the eye of the production company, which offered him the lead role: Mitraillette, a boy from the city with his head full of dreams.

Thanks to this golden opportunity, Azize Diabaté obtained, a year later, a secondary role in the comedy Le Family Show, where he played the character of Willy Clément alongside Firmine Richard, Nadège Beausson-Diagne, and Cyril Guë.

The following year, luck continued to smile on him. Then aged fourteen, Azize Diabaté became the voice of the hero Adama, an eponymous animated film set in West Africa during the First World War.

This film was selected for the César Awards in the “Best Animated Film” category and was awarded a Gan Foundation Prize at the Annecy Animated Film Festival. Azize Diabaté was nominated for his vocal performance at the International Festival of Animated Film Voices.

In 2018, after appearing in television fictions such as Une famille formidable and Alice Nevers, he landed one of the leading roles in the hit series Les bracelets rouges. He plays Mehdi, a teenager suffering from an illness. Now, six years have passed and he continues to play this character on the small screen.

In 2020, a few months before joining the cast of the daily Here Everything Begins, he made an appearance in season 4 of Tomorrow Belongs to Us, where he played the character of Enzo Lopez. He arrived in Sète with his two friends, Salomé Denkens (Aurélie Pons) and Maxime Delcourt-Bertrand (Clément Rémiens) and had fun testing new recipes.

In addition to making short films and filming the series Les Bracelets rouges and Ici tout commence, Azize Diabaté continues to go to castings. In 2021, he was notably on the bill for the feature film Les Meilleures by Marion Desseigne-Ravel, nominated at the Angoulême Francophone Film Festival and awarded the Gan Foundation Prize.

In addition to multiplying film projects, Azize Diabaté also participates in season 10 of the show Danse avec les Stars, in the company of Denitsa Ikonomova. A flawless career for this young artist who is just 24 years old.
