Lurie Children's marks milestone in construction of new outpatient center

Skender has reached an important milestone in building the Schaumburg Outpatient, Primary Care, and Infusion Center at 1895 Arbor Glen Boulevard in Schaumburg, Illinois. They have just finished putting up the last piece of structural steel, which means the main frame of the building is complete. This achievement means that the project is now moving on to the next stages of construction, with plans to finish the building by the summer of 2025.

The new center will be 75,000 square feet and is being designed by HKS. It will expand the services provided by Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago in the northwest suburbs.
