Émeric is a nurseryman-beekeeper in Brittany. With a master's degree in history and geography, this son of a beekeeper did not intend to become a farmer. I had left to be a carpenter and then a history teacher. I lost motivation, I did a tour of France and I liked Pau, so I stayed there. »

After several experiences, including eight years spent working in pig farming, Émeric set up as a nurseryman at the head of an eight-hectare nursery farm. Also a beekeeper like his parents, the young man, originally from Morlaix, in Finistère, sells his honey.

Three years after a painful separation and after feeling the need to take the time to find himself again, Émeric registered as a candidate for the thirteenth edition of Love is in the meadow.

The 32-year-old then introduces himself as an athlete who enjoys football, mountain biking, skiing, running and swimming. He says he is looking for a dynamic, fulfilled, flirtatious and party-loving woman.

During the show, Émeric gets closer to one of his suitors, Julie. However, she ends up changing her mind, not wanting to engage in a relationship with the candidate.

In November 2018, after the broadcast of the show, Émeric announced that he was in a relationship with Maëlle, a young woman who had been excluded from the list of contenders for the stage of speed dating.

On the family side, the nurseryman-beekeeper is the father of a 6-year-old girl, Marine, whom he looks after every other week. Totally addicted to his daughter, he had her date of birth tattooed on his arm.
