The Disappearance of Eric Boll

32 year old Eric Boll was last seen in Madison, Wisconsin on August 23, 2024. He left home around 7:00 am, and is believed to be on his blue Vivi e-bike.

Background

Eric, a current resident of Madison, graduated from Brillion High School in 2010. At the time of his disappearance he had been estranged from his family for a few years.

He enjoys the outdoors, and was a frequent visitor to Devil’s Lake State Park.

Eric’s mother believes he may have been experiencing a mental health crisis at the time of his disappearance.

Disappearance

Around 7:00 am on August 23, 2024, Eric Boll was last seen leaving his east side Madison, Wisconsin home on his blue e-bike. He was last seen by his wife, who says he was upset when he left.

Eric never returned home, and hasn’t been heard from since.

On September 4, 2024, he was officially reported missing to the City of Madison Police Department.

Investigation

The wooded areas and farmlands surrounding Eric’s residence have been searched with the help of k-9 units, but turned up no additional clues as to his whereabouts.

Whereabouts

The location of Eric Boll, as well as the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, remains unknown. His case is classified as endangered missing and remains unsolved.

Appearance

White male with brown hair and blue eyes. Eric stands 5’11 tall and weighs 165-180 pounds.

Eric was last seen on his blue Vivi e-bike, which also remains missing.
