The common WhatsApp, which users have installed on their cell phones to chat with friends and family, that is, for personal and restricted use.

The commercial version has the necessary tools to develop work with customers, which is used to answer questions, send automated messages, provide quick responses, statistics, and clarify information about products and sales. There are 3 types of commercial accounts:

  • Regular business account: This is the first step towards official accounts in the Business environment, and offers access to these tools, and contains information about the business that has the account.
  • Business account confirmed: WhatsApp has verified that the phone belongs to the company
  • Verified Business Account: This is recognized as a true and authentic brand. This seal is usually given to large companies.

One of the features of WhatsApp Business is the exchange of messages, which already shows a notification in the chat, informing: “this chat is a business account, tap for more information”.
