This week, investors earned gold, dollars and euros

This week, stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul lost an average of 3.84 percent of their value on a weekly basis, while the gram price of gold increased by 2.57 percent, Euro/TL by 1.15 percent and Dollar/TL by 0.69 percent.

The BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul closed the week at 10,473.47 points, losing 3.84 percent. The index saw a lowest of 10,415.62 and a highest of 10,880.04 points during the week.

In the same period, Borsa Istanbul Financial Index lost 4.42 percent to 11,750.16 points, Services Index decreased 2.68 percent to 10,088.90 points, Industrial Index lost 3.25 percent to 14,291.91 points and Technology Index lost 2.80 percent to 14,378.60 points.

THE STOCK THAT MAKES THE HIGHEST PREMIUM

Among the stocks included in the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul, Kontrolmatik Technology rose the most this week with 10.80 percent.

Kontrolmatik Technology was followed by Limak Eastern Anatolia Cement with 9.14 percent and Tukaş Food Industry and Trade with 8.35 percent.

Among the stocks in question, those that lost the most value were Arçelik with 15.78 percent, Agrotech Technology with 12.01 percent and Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Partnership with 10.73 percent.

The most valuable companies whose shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul are Koç Holding with 529 billion 495 million 513 thousand liras, Garanti BBVA with 521 billion 640 million liras and Turkish Airlines with 402 billion 270 million liras.

GOLD AND DOLLAR RISE

The gram price of 24-carat gold bullion increased by 2.57 percent last week to 2,595 liras, while the price of Republic gold increased by 3.13 percent to 17,120 liras.

The selling price of the dollar increased by 0.69 percent to 33.1940 lira, and the selling price of the euro increased by 1.15 percent to 36.2200 lira.

The selling price of the British pound, which was 42.4040 lira last week, increased by 0.47 percent this week to 42.6050 lira.

The Swiss franc found buyers at 38.5660 lira, up 3.27 percent compared to the previous week.
