Plus belle la vie: Did Gabriel really try to kill Thomas? – News Series

While Gabriel seems to be the number 1 suspect in the attempted assassination of Thomas in Plus belle la vie, could he really have committed this crime of passion? Let's take stock!

Did Gabriel Riva (Joakim Latzko) really try to kill her husband, Thomas Marci (Laurent Kérusoré)? There is room for doubt! If we had considered this possibility ourselves, we must admit that we had a hard time believing it.

Married for many years, Gabriel and Thomas have been through so many trials together and experienced so many good times that it seemed impossible to us that the doctor could have gone so far as to shoot the one he loves.

However, it is clear that all the clues point to him now. Indeed, during the 20 minutes of the episode broadcast today, we first believed that the bartender of the Mistral really had a lover and that everything was connected.

Arnaud Billard was an ideal culprit

First, because Arnaud Billard was present at the July 26 party, then because the link that united him to Kilian's brother (Tim Rousseau) seemed suspicious to us. If Eric's ex (Régis Maynard) was indeed having an affair with Thomas, he then became the ideal culprit.

Jealous of his affair with Riva, he could have lost his temper and attacked his lover directly, but this theory quickly fell apart. Questioned by the police, Armand revealed the whole truth: nothing is happening between Thomas and him. The two men became closer when he was the victim of a homophobic attack.

Having been through it, Baptiste's father (Bryan Trésor) participates in support groups and has been a great listener to him. However, there was no flirting! Once his innocence was proven, Armand let himself go with another confidence:

“He said he couldn't bear it if Thomas left him.”

“Thomas was very upset with his husband! And when I saw them arguing at the party, he said he could never bear it if Thomas left him.” But that's not all because we then discovered Gabriel giving money to a stranger.

Is it really possible that this sum is payment for Thomas's assassination attempt? Has Gabriel really lost his mind like Francesco did with Estelle? Quite frankly, even if his behavior is very strange, we still can't believe it!

Sure, Riva has a lot of flaws, but one thing is for sure, he loves Thomas. Despite his recent mistakes, it's hard to see how he could hurt him. There remains the possibility that the doctor could be hiding a completely different secret. Which one? We'll have to wait for the sequel to Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle to find out!
