MUSKİ General Directorate teams in Bodrum went to the villa in question and examined the amount of water usage. The teams, who determined that there was no error, responded to Demet Akalın.
Upon the complaint, our teams checked Akalın's water meter to see if there was a problem caused by our institution. No fault was detected in the meter during the checks, and it was determined that water was used as much as the fee charged. It was observed that Akalın's water consumption was still high, although not as much as this month, in the same periods in the past year and months. Thereupon, our institution informed Ms. Demet Akalın that there was no fault in the meter, and that she could have the automatic garden irrigation system and swimming pool circulation systems in the residence checked if she wished.
