M23 in the DRC: the Angolan presidency announces a ceasefire agreement between Kinshasa and Rwanda

A new ceasefire in the Democratic Republic of Congo starting this Sunday, August 4. This was announced by the Angolan presidency yesterday evening, Tuesday, July 30, after a meeting between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda and the DRC, in Luanda. This was the second ministerial meeting of this type organized within the framework of the Luanda process.
