“If you want to lose weight, you don't have to starve,” says personal trainer and nutritionist Ben Lindeke (29). The young man knows this from his own experience. Ten years ago he lost an impressive 62 kilos. He has maintained his dream weight to this day.

His tip for anyone who wants to lose weight permanently: eat smart instead of little. “I've always been a good eater and love large portions. With the right foods, that's no problem,” says the 29-year-old.
