Amandine Pellissard is one of the participants of the show Large families, life in XXLbroadcast every evening on TF1 from summer 2020. With her husband, They are the heads of a family of eight children. : Léo (2006), Léna (2012), Alina (2013), Louna (2014), Adam (2016), Charles (2018), Hector (2019) and Octave (2020). The first channel follows the daily life of very large families for several weeks, including the Pellissards, who live near Besançon. By participating in this show, Amandine Pellissard wants to “bring another perspective on large families. We often hear: 'But who has eight children in 2020?' Well, us!” she explains on TF1. “It is important to show that you can have a large, happy family and give yourself the means to do everything for each of your children. Amandine Pellissard had her first child, Léo, at the age of 19. She later meets Alexandre, who raises the boy as his son. Amandine and Alexandre Pellissard then decide to expand the family. But the two parents, originally from Franche-Comté, were not set out to have a large family. “My husband and I met eleven years ago. I was already the mother of Léo, whom I had very young and all alone. The love of parenthood came gradually. We had a second child, then a third, then a fourth… We found fulfillment in the life of parents, we were made for it.”the famous mother tells Vosges morning.
After the birth of their fifth and sixth children, Amandine and Alexandre Pellissard decided to become stay-at-home parents in order to devote themselves to their large family. In 2020, the young woman gave birth to their eighth child. On June 28, 2021, she revealed on Instagram that she was pregnant with her ninth child. On July 12, she announced that she had a miscarriage at thirteen weeks of amenorrhea. In an autobiography to be published, Amandine Pellissard reveals that she was the victim of incest when she was a child at the hands of a member of her family.
Two after starting in Large families, life in XXLAmandine Pellissard announces her departure from the show following filming conditions deemed difficult by the mother. She has since sued the production company of the program in order to demonstrate that it was not a documentary, but a reality TV show. She subsequently spoke on the third miscarriage she suffered in August 2022, explaining her desire to conceive a ninth child: “I don't know why but we're having trouble (…) it's three miscarriages in a row, but spaced out over time. The doctor tells us that everything is fine, on the one hand, it's easy.” Since leaving the show broadcast on TF1, she has moved into the porn industry with her husband Alexandre, creating a lively controversy, particularly with regard to her children.
